Head of PE - September 2008 - East Kent Coast
This mixed 11-16 Maths & IT Specialist School is looking for a Head of PE from September 2008 on a permanent basis to replace the current Head of Department who is retiring.

The school has excellent sporting facilities which include a heated indoor swimming pool, gymnasium, large sports hall and both rugby and football pitches. The school is also particularly strong in football, and has performed extremely well in the Kent Schools cup over the last few years.

The ideal candidate would be a strong all round qualified teacher of PE, with 5+ years of teaching behind them. You will be joining and running a department which currently has 3 full time staff members, and one part time.

The salary offered for this post is a generous one, as the school are able to offer the 2A allowance for Head of Department, plus a relocation allowance of upto £1k for anyone willing and interested in relocating to this pleasant and affordable area.
